LLP “Sultan Barys” and the authorized company LLP “Saryarka Invest Stroy” received a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of the shared-equity residential construction of the “Energy” multi-apartment residential complex (MRC) in Astana.
The “Energy” residential complex is located at: Astana, Nura District, Shyngys Aitmatov Street, plot 73/1.
The project consists of four construction phases. The current project covers the first phase. The MRC includes 16 floors, 15 of which are residential above-ground floors.
The project provides for the sale of apartments and six commercial premises.
The total number of apartments is 180, including:

2-bedroom – 34

3-bedroom – 30
The comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation is IV.
The floor-to-ceiling height is 3 meters.
Finishing — improved rough finish.
The project is implemented by LLP “Saryarka Invest Stroy,” which operates in the construction of residential and commercial facilities.
