KHC Presented Housing Construction Support Mechanisms in Ust-Kamenogorsk
At the Regional Communications Service of East Kazakhstan (Ust-Kamenogorsk), a briefing was held with representatives of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”) on the development of housing construction and state support measures for the construction sector. The meeting was attended by representatives of local executive bodies, second-tier banks, developers, and the media.
KHC representatives presented mechanisms to support the construction industry aimed at increasing housing accessibility for citizens. These include equity participation guarantees, financing of comprehensive and low-rise projects, purchase of rental housing with a buyout option, as well as the “Orda Aimag” mortgage program.
Special attention was given to opportunities for regional developers, including participation in comprehensive development projects and obtaining guarantees from the Unified Operator. All interaction procedures with the Company are conducted online via the Housing Portal homeportal.kz.
The briefing in Ust-Kamenogorsk was part of a series of regional meetings organized by the akimat together with KHC to explain housing construction support mechanisms and facilitate interaction with developers and co-investors.
