To develop human capital and support future professionals in the housing construction sector, JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”) organized a meeting with students of Astana IT University.
The meeting was attended by KHC Chairman of the Board Altay Kuzdibayev, as well as representatives of the company’s departments, who provided detailed information about the company’s activities, current projects, and strategic development directions. Special attention was given to career growth opportunities for young professionals wishing to build a career in housing construction, mortgage lending, and residential asset management.
During the discussion with students, current trends in the real estate market, the implementation of digital technologies in the construction sector, and KHC’s role in providing affordable and high-quality housing in Kazakhstan were addressed.
It is worth noting that Astana IT University students have been participating in internships and practical training at JSC KHC for the past four years, demonstrating a high level of knowledge and professional potential as part of the dual education program. This successful experience has laid a solid foundation for further collaboration and the expansion of engagement formats.
