A Developer in Ust-Kamenogorsk Received a Guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC for the “ASYLYM” Residential Complex

EKM COMPANY LLP (Developer) and the authorized company EKM Invest LLP have received a guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC) for the completion of the multi-apartment residential complex (MRC) “ASYLYM” in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk.

The “ASYLYM” residential complex is located at: East Kazakhstan Region, Ust-Kamenogorsk city, Arai residential area, Block 19.

The complex provides for three 5-storey residential buildings with a total of 190 apartments, including:
— 75 one-room apartments
— 55 two-room apartments
— 30 three-room apartments
— 30 four-room apartments

The comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation is Class III.

The buildings are equipped with elevators.
The ceiling height is 3 meters.
Finishing type — pre-finishing.

The project is being implemented by EKM Invest LLP, which operates in the field of residential and commercial construction.

It is worth noting that the guarantee fee for the developer of the “ASYLYM” MRC was set at 0%. This became possible thanks to the new terms introduced by the Kazakhstan Housing Company, aimed at supporting regional developers.

According to the new conditions, when obtaining a first guarantee from KHC in the regions, the guarantee fee for developers is 0%. This measure is intended to support regional construction companies and stimulate the development of high-quality and affordable housing for the population.
