Developer in Astana Receives Guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC for the “Landmark Gold” and “Tribeka” Residential Complexes

BAZIS-A Corp. LLP (Developer) and Dostyk Residences LLP (authorized company) have received a guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, KHC) for the completion of a multi-apartment residential complex with built-in premises and parking, located at:

Astana, Dostyk Street, Plot No. 8; 8/2, within the block bounded by Dostyk, Sauran, and Syganak streets — Phase 5 of construction.

The “Landmark Gold” Residential Complex includes 5 residential buildings of varying heights, with a total of 403 apartments, including:
— 1-room – 156,
— 2-room – 122,
— 3-room – 87,
— 4-room – 38.

The complex also includes 15 commercial premises and 145 parking spaces.

According to the design and estimate documentation, the comfort class is Class IV.

Ceiling height: 3 meters.
Finishing: improved rough finishing.

The project is implemented by Dostyk Residences LLP, which is engaged in the construction of residential and commercial facilities.

BAZIS-A Corp. LLP (Developer) and Royal Town-4 LLP (authorized company) have also received a guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Managing Holding JSC, KHC) for the completion of a multi-apartment residential complex with built-in and attached premises, parking, a business center, retail and entertainment facilities, kindergartens, general education schools, and a park area, located at:

Astana, “Yesil” district, intersection of Kerei and Janibek Khans, Bukhar Zhyrau streets, plots No. 37 and No. 38, Quarter 2A/1.

The “Tribeka” Residential Complex includes 6 residential buildings of varying heights, with a total of 198 apartments, including:
— 1-room – 48,
— 2-room – 68,
— 3-room – 46,
— 4-room – 36.

The complex also includes 22 commercial premises and 229 parking spaces.

According to the design and estimate documentation, the comfort class is Class IV.
