The developer KOMPOZIT-7 LLP and the authorized company Turkistan Development LLP have received a guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC for the completion of shared housing construction of the “Zhanұya” Phase 1 multi-apartment residential complex in the city of Shymkent.
The “Zhanұya” residential complex is located at: Shymkent, Abay District, Bozaryk microdistrict, plot 581/1.
Phase 1 of the project consists of five five-storey residential buildings with a single entrance each, totaling 134 apartments with a total area of 10,731.27 sq. m, including:
-64 two-room apartments,
-25 three-room apartments.
