Today, representatives of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” met with regional developers at the Atameken RSE venue, where the “Mechanisms for Guaranteeing Shared-Equity Housing Construction and Subsidizing Developers’ Loans” were presented.
Developers were provided with detailed information on the requirements for obtaining a guarantee from the Single Operator, the procedures for concluding all types of contracts when providing a guarantee, and the procedure for submitting applications for subsidies as provided by the legislation.
Participants discussed proposals to improve business conditions in shared-equity construction. It should be noted that since January 23, 2023 (following amendments to the Order of the Ministry of National Economy of the Republic of Kazakhstan), the documents required to obtain a KHC Guarantee have been reduced by half. Before the amendments, the number of documents was 43; currently, it is 23.
To increase the efficiency of tasks under the Housing Construction Industry Development Concept, KHC will continue working among key target audiences in regions of the country through regular information dissemination and meetings at various platforms.
