Arman Umbetov, Director of the Housing Programs Department, stated: “Our Company acts as the technical assistance agent for this project. ADB’s technical assistance consists of providing consultations on policies for selecting green technologies for use in the housing sector, assessing their financial feasibility, and transferring knowledge on how to design ‘green’ housing within the framework of planned urban development projects.”
The project is financed by ADB, with implementation scheduled until December 2024. International consultants have also been engaged by ADB for the implementation of the Project.
During the meeting, the further work plan was agreed upon, and capacity-building sessions were conducted in several areas.
