Today, the Director of the Department for Work with Legal Entities of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” met with developers in Zhezkazgan.
During the meeting, Aigerim Kurmanbayeva discussed the mechanisms for guaranteeing housing construction and subsidizing interest rates. Issues related to common mistakes when submitting applications through the online portal, as well as other questions from developers, were also addressed.
Applications for obtaining guarantees and subsidies are submitted through the online portal digital.baiterek.gov.kz. The updated list and new document templates are available on the official website of the Unified Operator and on the Digital Baiterek portal at https://digital.baiterek.gov.kz/services/guranteeing001.
