On September 29, 2023, the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Regulation and Development of the Financial Market registered changes in the Prospectus of the 20th non-government bond issue of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (hereinafter – the Company).
The changes to the prospectus were initiated by the Company for the implementation of the Housing Loan (Mortgage Loan) Refinancing Program with a total amount of 3,000,000,000 KZT. The purpose of this program, which is being implemented jointly with the National Bank of Kazakhstan, is to assist socially vulnerable segments of the population, serving a socially important and noble goal.
The Housing Loan (Mortgage Loan) Refinancing Program was approved by the Board of the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan on April 24, 2015 (Protocol No. 69, hereinafter – the Program) and is aimed at providing assistance to socially vulnerable groups of the population.
As of September 1, 2023, under the Program, the Company has provided assistance to 1,027 borrowers totaling 7,066 million KZT.
