The international rating agency “Moody’s Investors Service” on November 2 of this year confirmed the long-term ratings of the issuer, Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (“KHC”) in foreign and national currency at the level of “Baa3”, changing the forecasts from “Stable” to “Positive” by posting a corresponding report on the agency’s own website.
