On June 10 of this year, at the Akimat of Aktau, representatives of JSC "Kazakhstan Housing Company" (whose sole shareholder is JSC "National Managing Holding Baiterek") met with developers from the city of Aktau.
During the meeting, participants were presented with the housing construction support tools of KHC, including mechanisms for guaranteeing equity housing construction and subsidizing developer loans. Developers also received answers to questions regarding the requirements for obtaining the Unified Operator’s Guarantee, the procedure for concluding all types of agreements when providing a KHC Guarantee, and the procedure for submitting subsidy applications as provided by law.
It should be noted that, at present, a number of amendments have been developed to simplify procedures and reduce barriers for obtaining the Unified Operator’s Guarantee, aimed at reducing the share of the “grey” equity housing market.
