Kazakhstan Housing Company is pleased to announce the launch of a new functionality for automatic certificate generation in the Client Personal Account. Now clients can obtain the necessary certificates related to lease and mortgage agreements in just a few clicks, without submitting applications or waiting for a long time.
Which certificates are already available?

Certificate of outstanding loan debt, including for ENPF (under mortgage agreements)

Information on rental payments
Certificates are generated electronically in Kazakh and Russian, signed with an electronic digital signature (EDS), and can be verified for authenticity via the service ezSigner.kz.
IMPORTANT! Currently, the functionality is available in beta version, and we continue to work on expanding the list of available certificates.
