Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”, KHC) has launched a new section, “Analytics”, on the Housing Portal. This section provides users with interactive dashboards created using Power BI, which currently highlight the key indicators of the shared construction market in Kazakhstan.
The “Analytics” section presents the following statistics:

Number of Permits and Guarantees Issued for Raising Funds from Shareholders: This indicator reflects the dynamics and volume of permits/guarantees issued to developers for attracting funds from shared construction participants.

Number of Registered Participation Agreements: This statistic shows the number of officially registered agreements in the Kazreestr information system between shareholders and developers.

Cost per 1 sq.m. of Shared Housing: This indicator shows the average cost per square meter of housing within shared construction, allowing users to track price trends and make informed investment decisions.
KHC continues to improve the Housing Portal services, striving to provide users with the most useful and up-to-date information on the real estate market in Kazakhstan.
