Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”, KHC) hosted a delegation from Mongolia, which included representatives of government bodies and organizations responsible for housing policy.
As part of the initiative of the Embassy of Mongolia in the Republic of Kazakhstan, the invited participants became acquainted with the housing construction support mechanisms implemented by KHC.
Particular attention was paid to the mechanism for providing guarantees for the completion of shared construction projects, which has been successfully implemented by KHC since 2016. To date, the total amount of guarantees issued by KHC is 1.2 trillion tenge, which has allowed protecting the funds of more than 67,000 shareholders.
The Mongolian delegation expressed interest in the tools used by KHC. The visit was part of the exchange of experience between the countries in the field of housing policy development.
