A new service has been launched in the eGov Mobile app, allowing Kazakh citizens to verify the legality of ongoing shared construction projects. The service redirects users to the “Housing Portal” information system, which provides detailed information on all legally constructed shared housing projects that have either a guarantee from the Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”) or a permit from the local akimat to attract funds from shareholders.
To obtain information about a project, users need to follow three simple steps:
Step-1. Open the eGov Mobile app, go to the “Home” section, and click “Other Services.”
Step-2. From the list of services, find “Housing Portal” and click the button to go to the page.
Step-3. To search for a project on the Housing Portal, enter the BIN, the developer’s name, or the name of the residential complex.
The new service was implemented in cooperation with the KHC, the Ministry of Digital Development, Innovations and Aerospace Industry of the Republic of Kazakhstan, and JSC “National Information Technologies.”
