This is an important milestone for the information system, which helps participants make informed and safe decisions when choosing under-construction housing.
Project data is provided by the unified information system for shared-equity participation in housing construction, Kazreestr.
The 1000th project is the residential complex GreenLine 4YOU-2. Every Housing Portal user can view detailed information about the residential complex, the developer, and the authorized company.
The Housing Portal was developed by KHC in 2021. The system provides information about all legally constructed shared-equity housing projects in Kazakhstan. Users can verify whether a developer has a KHC guarantee or a local executive body (akimat) permit to attract participant funds for a construction project and obtain detailed information for each shared-equity construction project.
Additionally, homeportal.kz provides a list of developers who do not have the required permits under shared-equity construction regulations.
Thus, the Housing Portal helps protect citizens from unscrupulous developers and minimizes risks when purchasing housing at the construction stage!
