The Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”) is pleased to announce the launch of a new mortgage program “Orda Aimaq” starting April 7, 2025!
The new mortgage program allows citizens to purchase under-construction housing under a shared participation agreement with a guarantee from KHC.
This means that with KHC’s guarantee, the investments of participants are protected: in the event of construction delays or developer bankruptcy, KHC guarantees the completion of the building.
Applications are accepted through authorized agents of JSC “Otbası Bank.” Requirements regarding deposits in Otbası Bank or restrictions on existing property ownership do not apply to the “Orda Aimaq” program.
