On April 7, 2025, the Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH “Baiterek”) launched a new mortgage lending program called “Orda Aimaq”.
The new mortgage program “Orda Aimaq” allows citizens to purchase under-construction housing in projects guaranteed by KHC.
Applications are accepted through authorized agents of JSC “Otbası Bank.” Any citizen of Kazakhstan aged 21 or older can participate in the program. Requirements for having a deposit in Otbası Bank and restrictions on existing property ownership do not apply to the “Orda Aimaq” program.
Program Terms:

Loan amount: from 1 million to 75 million KZT

Loan term: from 12 months to 240 months

Initial payment: 20% of the property value

Annual interest rate: 15.9% (APR from 17.26% to 22.81%)
To apply for the “Orda Aimaq” program, follow these steps:

Select an apartment on the website orda.homeportal.kz in the “Projects” section.

Submit an application with the required documents at the branch of the agent bank JSC “Otbası Bank” and wait for the decision.

Sign the Bank Loan Agreement and the Collateral Agreement.
The loan is disbursed after the Collateral Agreement is registered by the authorized body.
