Eurasian Bank, together with the Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC, a subsidiary of JSC “NUH “Baiterek”), has introduced a new digital service in the “Government Services” section of the Smartbank mobile application.
The new initiative aims to increase convenience and transparency for citizens of Kazakhstan.
Using the service, users can quickly obtain up-to-date information on whether a developer has the necessary permits to attract shared-equity funds. By entering the BIN or the name of the construction company, users can access complete information, including:

Availability of a KHC guarantee or local executive authority approval

List of the developer’s projects

Project addresses, status (under construction or completed), and construction timelines
The launch of this service is an important step toward transparency in the shared-equity construction market. It protects citizens from risks associated with investing in unfinished housing and helps them make informed and safe decisions when purchasing real estate.
