LLP “SMR-EURASIA” and the authorized company LLP “Caspiy Builds” have received a Guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity housing construction of the “Caspiy” Residential Complex. The project is located at: Alatau District, Microdistrict 20, Almaty.
The complex consists of low-rise buildings with apartments ranging from 25 to 125 m² with flexible layouts. The project is designed according to the “City within a City” concept. The territory includes all necessary amenities for a comfortable life for residents of Almaty.
