Kazakhstan Housing Company continues to develop digital services for the convenience of its clients. We are pleased to announce that within the functionality of auto-generating certificates, certificates regarding loan arrears — including for the ENPF — under lease agreements (within certain programs) are now available in the Personal Account.
We remind you that the following certificates are already available:

Certificate of loan arrears, including for the ENPF (under mortgage agreements)

Certificate of no arrears

Account statement

Reconciliation statement

Information on lease payments
Certificates are generated electronically in Kazakh and Russian. They can be signed via digital signature (EDS) and verified for authenticity using the ezSigner.kz service.
IMPORTANT! The functionality is currently available in beta. If you do not find the required certificate in your Personal Account, it is currently unavailable for your program. We continue to work on expanding the list of available certificates.
