LLP “ATAMURA GROUP” and the authorized company LLP “TITAN DEVELOPMENT” have received a Guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity residential construction of the “Atmosfera” Residential Complex, Phase IV, in Almaty.
The “Atmosfera” Residential Complex is located in the northeast of Almaty, in the Turksib district, Nurshashkan microdistrict, Alatau Street, plot 48. The complex offers 1-, 2-, and 3-room apartments ranging from 45 to 102 m² with open-plan layouts.
The project is being implemented by LLP “ATAMURA GROUP,” established in 2011, specializing in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
