JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (a subsidiary of JSC “NUH Baiterek”, KHC) announces the launch of a new financing mechanism for comprehensive territorial development projects. Applications for participation will open on June 1, 2025, via homeportal.kz.
The new instrument is aimed at supporting housing construction in the regions, developing urban infrastructure, and creating a comfortable, safe, and modern living environment. The mechanism covers both new residential quarters and renovation projects—including in the cities of Astana and Almaty.
Financing will be provided to private developers for the construction of housing and related infrastructure facilities within the approved master plan. Special attention is given to the implementation of fully finished apartments at fixed prices, with the possibility of transferring them to tenants with a right of purchase approved by the local akimats.
Key financing conditions:

Amount: from 100 million KZT up to 30% of the project cost

Rate: 12.6% (determined by the authorized body)

Term: up to 36 months

Grace period: up to 18 months on principal, up to 12 months on interest

Mandatory requirements: developer experience, ownership of a land plot, compliance with comprehensive development standards
