LLP Kanfar Building and the authorized company LLP Otbasy Satu have received a guarantee from JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) for the completion of shared-equity construction of the “Otbasy” residential complex, Phase III, in Shymkent.
The “Otbasy” residential complex is located in the northwest of Shymkent, in the Abay district, at K. Tulemetov Street, plot No. 11/3. The multi-apartment, nine-story residential complex includes commercial spaces and parking on the lower floors.
The buildings are equipped with the following engineering systems: autonomous heating from gas boilers installed in apartment kitchens, hot water supply from gas boilers in kitchens, water supply, sewerage, electrical lighting, and telephone services.
The complex offers 1, 2, and 3-room apartments ranging from 36 to 85 m².
The project is implemented by LLP Kanfar Building, founded in 2006, specializing in residential and commercial construction projects.
