LLP Bagystan and the authorized company LLP BestStroy have received a guarantee from JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of JSC National Managing Holding «Baiterek») for the completion of shared-equity construction of the Grand Victoria-3 Residential Complex, Phase 1, in Astana.
The Grand Victoria-3, Phase 1, is located in the Almaty district, at the intersection of Z. Nazhymedenov Street, K. Azirbayev Street, and 23-8 Street.
The project includes 7 sections of 9 floors each, united by a stylobate.
The project provides for the sale of apartments, commercial spaces, storage rooms, and parking.
