LLP Smart Solutions and the authorized company LLP Tañsholpan Astana have received a guarantee from JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company (a subsidiary of JSC National Managing Holding «Baiterek») for the completion of shared-equity construction of the La Familia Residential Complex in Astana.
The residential complex is located in the Yesil district, Astana, on street E652. The project includes two 9-story buildings.
The project provides for the sale of apartments only.
