On June 25, 2025, the international rating agency Fitch Ratings confirmed the long-term rating of JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company (KHC) in both foreign and national currencies at “BBB” with a Stable outlook.
The rating confirmation reflects Fitch’s high assessment of KHC’s business model resilience, as well as the virtually guaranteed level of government support, given KHC’s key role in implementing state housing policy. Fitch noted that KHC performs a strategic function in providing affordable housing and serves as the main consolidator of the country’s housing sector.
