Joint-Stock Company «Kazakhstan Housing Company» (a subsidiary of JSC «NUH «Baiterek») announces the resumption of subsidies for part of the interest rate on mortgage housing loans issued by second-tier banks to the population through quasi-state sector entities.
Previously, the subsidy program was temporarily suspended due to the lack of funding from the republican budget.
With the receipt of funds from the republican budget, the reimbursal of the subsidized portion of the interest rate, previously paid by borrowers independently, will be carried out in the near future.
For additional information, borrowers are advised to contact their servicing second-tier bank.
