The guarantee of KHC JSC is aimed at increasing confidence in renovation projects and building a constructive negotiation process between Developers and residents of unsafe and dilapidated housing. The mechanism guarantees completion of construction and protection of participants' rights.

At the same time, owners of unsafe and dilapidated housing can get new housing on the principle of "room for room", and Developers can attract financing at the construction stage, including through mortgage programs of STBs, “Otbasy Bank” JSC, and by using citizens’ pension savings.

The Developer and an Authorized company to conclude contracts with a Single Operator within the framework of renovation submit applications:

• to conclude a renovation agreement under the guarantee (hereinafter referred to as the renovation agreement);
• to conclude (join a Single operator) an agreement on providing a guarantee of equity participation in housing construction within the framework of renovation.

An application for the conclusion (joining of a Single Operator) of a guarantee agreement within the framework of renovation is submitted only if there is a renovation agreement concluded between the Single Operator, the Developer and the Authorized company.

Commission – 300 MCI (150 MCI when reviewing the project again).
The commission fee is paid in a lump sum when applying for a renovation contract.

The guarantee fee rate is from 0 to 1%.

The bid is calculated depending on the form and share of the Authorized company's own participation in the project.

The guarantee fee rate for the first guarantee of a Developer outside the cities of national significance is 0% (if the requirements for own participation are met).

The application review period is 20 business days.

During the examination, the application may be sent for revision for a period of 10 working days, while the application review period is suspended.
