On January 9, 2026, the Head of State signed the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments and additions to certain Legislative Acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan on architecture, Urban Planning and Construction" No. 254-VIII SAM.

In accordance with these amendments, the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Equity participation in Housing Construction" is extended to guarantee equity participation in the implementation of projects for the construction of multi-apartment residential buildings within the framework of renovation.
