Information for Tenants: Registration, Payments, and Applications

1. State Registration of the Rental Agreement

After concluding a rental agreement for housing with JSC «Kazakhstan Housing Company» the Tenant is obliged to conduct its state registration with the authorized body. The registration procedure is set out in the Instructions for the Registration of a Rental Agreement (link to detailed and brief versions).

2. Payment Methods

Below are the details for reimbursement of tax expenses, payment of rental payments, penalties and fines, full early buyout, and partial early repayment.

*In all payments, it is mandatory to indicate the IIN, personal account, agreement number, and purpose of payment (rental payment, guarantee payment, penalty, reimbursement of tax expenses, partial early repayment, full early buyout, or fine).

3. Terms of Early Repayment under Rental Agreements

Applications are accepted:

through the personal account on the website homeportal.kz
through email info@khc.kz

Partial Early Repayment:

Submit an application of the established form to JSC «Kazakhstan Housing Company» indicating the amount of partial early repayment (not less than an amount equivalent to 6 (six) monthly payments under the rental agreement);
Deposit the specified amount into the personal account on the day of submitting the application;
After receiving a confirming call from the credit manager, contact the Company's office to sign a new payment schedule.
In case of partial early repayment while maintaining the monthly payment and reducing the lease term, an additional agreement to the rental agreement is drawn up, subject to registration with the authorized body together with a Company employee.

Full Early Repayment:

Clarify with the Company the amount necessary for full repayment, as well as the amount for processing the application;
Deposit the corresponding amount into the personal account;
Send an application of the established form to the Company's address;
After confirmation from the credit manager:

visit the Company's office to sign the real estate transfer agreement;
submit the real estate transfer agreement for registration to the authorized body;
receive the title documents for the real estate from the Company.

For clients living in the regions, the period for signing the real estate transfer agreement into ownership, as well as receiving the original documents, may range from 3 to 7 business days, depending on the location of the region.
