Joint Stock Company “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (hereinafter referred to as the Company), as part of efforts to resolve a warranty claim related to the project "Construction of multi-apartment, multi-story residential buildings located at: Aktobe city, Astana district, Batys 2 microdistrict, plot 49L, Phase 2 of construction, Blocks 4, 5, 6 (excluding external utility networks)" (residential complex "Aliya"), announces the commencement of a procedure for attracting an investor to complete the construction of the residential complex. The Company invites interested investors to familiarize themselves with the project implementation conditions, updated requirements, as well as opportunities for participation in joint activities for the completion of construction.
Before submitting a proposal, potential investors are advised to carefully review the project documentation, terms of participation, and requirements established by the Company in accordance with the current procedure for settling warranty cases.
