Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC announces the commencement of procurement procedures for the acquisition of rental housing (apartments) for citizens registered on local executive bodies' housing waiting lists, within the framework of the Housing and Utilities Infrastructure Development Concept for 2023–2029, approved by Resolution № 736 of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated 23 September 2022.
The acquisition of apartments is carried out through a tender conducted on the Eurasian Electronic Portal at mitwork.kz, subject to the established price parameters.
Prospective suppliers interested in selling apartments may ознакомиться with the procurement conditions and technical specifications in the Housing Portal information system under the section «Housing Needs of JSC Kazakhstan Housing Company» at homeportal.kz, as well as on the Eurasian Electronic Portal at mitwork.kz.
