A meeting was held between the management of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” (hereinafter – JSC “KHC”) and residents of the “Nurkent” microdistrict in Almaty to discuss the establishment of a Property Owners’ Association (POA).
The microdistrict consists of 14 multi-apartment residential buildings with a total of 1,838 apartments. All apartments were provided by JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” under the “Nurly Zher” Program through rent-to-own agreements to individuals on the waiting list of local executive bodies and employees of state organizations.
During the meeting, representatives of JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” provided clarifications on the necessity and advantages of establishing a Property Owners’ Association and addressed residents’ concerns.
As a result of the meeting, residents expressed their understanding and support for the initiatives aimed at creating a Property Owners’ Association to ensure the proper management and maintenance of the residential buildings.
