In 2020, a procurement contract was concluded between JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” and LLP “STROI TERRA” for a residential construction project under the “Nurly Zher” housing program, located at the following address: Nur-Sultan, S. Toraigyrov Street, Building 2/1.
During the course of the project, JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” identified violations of contractual obligations by LLP “STROI TERRA.” To date, these violations have not been remedied, and as a result, JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” is considering the application of sanctions against LLP “STROI TERRA.”
