The residential complex “Diamond” by the construction company “VVD-Construction” is the first and only project in the East Kazakhstan Region to receive a guarantee from JSC “Kazakhstan Housing Company” for the completion of shared-equity housing construction.
To ensure transparency, the submission of documents and consideration of the application was conducted online through the Unified Business Support Portal “Digital Baiterek.”
Project: “Construction and placement of a multi-storey residential building with commercial premises, designed at the address: Ust-Kamenogorsk, 19th residential district, at the intersection of Y. Uvaliev and Kokzhal Barak streets (without external engineering networks).”
Recall that since June 1, 2022, applications for guarantees of completion of shared-equity housing construction are accepted online through the Unified Business Support Portal “Digital Baiterek” https://digital.baiterek.gov.kz/ in the “Services” section — “Provision of a guarantee for construction completion.”
