Asar House LLP and its authorized partner, Kainar Village LLP, have received a guarantee from Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Investment Holding JSC) for the completion of the shared housing construction project “KAINAR VILLAGE” in Shymkent.
This is the first guarantee issued by Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC for a low-rise residential development project.
The KAINAR VILLAGE residential complex consists of three phases.
The Project (Phase I of construction) calls for the construction of the following facilities:
• Townhouse Type 1 — 2 buildings, 10 apartments;
• Townhouse Type 2 — 2 buildings, 10 apartments;
• Duplexes — 7 buildings, 14 apartments;
• 3-story buildings — 2 buildings, 24 apartments
The total number of apartments in the project is 58, including:
• Studio apartments — 6,
• Two-bedroom apartments — 12,
• Three-bedroom apartments — 16,
• Four-bedroom apartments — 14,
• Five-bedroom apartments — 10.
Comfort class according to the design and estimate documentation: III.
Height of the 1st floor: 3.00 m.
Height of the 2nd floor: 2.70 m.

The project is being implemented by Kainar Village LLP, a company engaged in the construction of residential and commercial properties.
