Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC (a subsidiary of Baiterek National Investment Holding JSC) announces the launch of a project for the online registration of lease-to-own agreements. The project was developed in collaboration with the Government for Citizens State Corporation and First Credit Bureau LLP.
The contract registration process is carried out in a new format via the Unified Portal of Public Services platform (fcbplatform.kz)
Advantages of the new format:
− Time savings: the entire process, from submitting an application to receiving a registration notification, takes just one hour.
− Convenience for customers: citizens participating in the lease-to-own program no longer need to visit Public Service Centers in person or wait in queues to register their contracts.
− Full transparency of the process: the status of each contract can be viewed in real time in the user’s personal account on the United Portal of Public Services.
− Legal reliability: the process is supported by advanced technologies, including video conferencing with the registrar and a secure electronic signature, which guarantees the full legality of the documents issued.
− Cost reduction: the new format significantly reduces the associated costs of document processing.
This is an important step in the digital transformation of Kazakhstan Housing Company's services. We are phasing out paper-based document processing and making the process of obtaining housing as convenient and accessible as possible for citizens across the country!
