Kazakhstan Housing Company announces the following: оn May 10, 2026, new functionality will be introduced in the Unified information system «Qazreestr» (hereinafter referred to as the «Qazreestr»), which provides a registration of pledges over participation rights in apartment buildings and individual housing complexes.
Registration is carried out digitally through the Qazreestr and is a public service. The service provider is the local executive authorities, while the service recipients are the mortgagees who submit the relevant application through the system.
The public service shall be provided within 1 (one) business day from the moment the application is submitted through the System, which significantly reduces administrative procedures and improves the efficiency of interaction among the parties involved. The result of the service provision shall be the issuance of an extract or a notice of a reasoned refusal in digital format.
The implementation of this function represents another stage in the digital transformation of the construction sector and the development of electronic public services aimed at improving the efficiency and transparency of processes in the field of shared-equity housing construction.
Kazakhstan Housing Company continues to work on expanding functionality of the Qazreestr and improving the digital ecosystem of the equity construction market.
