"Baiterek" NIH" JSC, the sole shareholder of Kazakhstan Housing Company JSC, has approved the Unified Human Resources Policy, which serves as a corporate standard governing the effective management of human resources within "Baiterek" NIH" and its subsidiary organizations.

The Unified HR Policy provides strategic planning in HR management, organizational development and job design, personnel selection and adaptation, personnel marketing and employer branding, performance management, employee compensation, personnel reserve and talent management, training and professional development, corporate culture development and maintenance as well as HR process administration.

Practical training program, internship and dual training program

How do I apply for a practical training or an internship?
  1. Fill out the questionnaire (according to the appendix)
  2. Send the questionnaire to hr@khc.kz (In the subject of the letter, specify: "Practice / Internship / Dual training)
  3. To complete the internship, attach a referral from the educational institution.

Dual training

Who can participate:

Students of 2-4 courses of higher education institutions

Advantages:
  • a combination of theoretical training and practical work
  • adaptation to the requirements of the labor market
  • participation in real projects and work on graduation projects
